Takasago Excel Asia PIMP MY RIM CHALLENGE Contest

 

1. Duration

      1. The Contest begins on 18th October 2021 and ends at 11.59pm on 24th December 2021 (“Contest Period”).

      2. Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice to any party (“the Extended Period”). Unless an Extended Period is announced, any entries received after the end of the Contest Period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which shall remain in full force and effect.

    2. Eligibility

1. The Contest is open to Malaysian citizens aged 18 years old and above.

3. Participants can use any medium or style to design Takasago Excel Asia Sport Rim CSA2EX creatively.
4. There is no restriction on the design of Takasago Excel Asia Sport Rim CSA2EX.
5.  Participants will need to submit the entry via email to sinarpuncakacc@gmail.com before 14th November 2021
6. Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd will choose the most creative 20 entries for GIVEAWAY of Takasago Excel Asia Sport Rim CSA2EX.
7. Giveaway winners will be announced on 22nd November 2021.
8. Top 20 GIVEAWAY winners will received a set of Takasago Excel Asia Sport Rim CSA2EX to start PIMP MY RIM CHALLENGE according to their winning design.
9. Submission of the completed PIMP MY RIM CHALLENGE Takasago Excel Asia Sport Rim CSA2EX will be on 12th December 2021.
10. Participants will need to submit the photo entry via email to sinarpuncakacc@gmail.com
11. Grand Prize winner RM 5,000.00 will be announce on 24th December 2021
12. By submitting the entry participants Grant the Rights to Sinar Punack Sdn Bhd unconditionally assigns and transfers all rights, title, interest, claim, ideas, concepts, copyrighted materials, and trademarks contained in any Entry submitted in the PIMP MY RIM CHALLENGE Contest and any and all rights including “moral rights” in any Entry submitted in the PIMP MY RIM CHALLENGE Contest to the Sinar Punack Sdn Bhd. PArticipants unconditionally assigns and transfers to Sinar Punack Sdn Bhd all rights, title, interest, and/or claim, which he/she now has, or may in the future have to his/her Entry (including any and all design submitted by the Entrant). Sinar Punack Sdn Bhd has the right to use, assign, modify, edit, adapt, dispose of, and electronically alter Entrant’s Entry, including but not limited to appear in promotional and/or commercial materials, as well as to reproduce it, in whole or in part, without compensation or additional consent from Entrant, or any third party.
13. A Participant is allowed to submit multiple entries for the Contest but only one entry will be considered for the prize in respect of the same Participant.

4. Contest Prizes
   
   

      1. Two tiers of prizes are available and awarded based on the judging

      2. Grand prize CASH RM 5,000.00 ( 1 winner )

      3. 20 sets of Takasago Excel Asia Sport Rim CSA2EX ( 20 winners )

 

      5. Liability & Responsibilities

      1. All transportation, internet charges, call charges, SMS, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

       2. Participants must abide by the terms and conditions of the party/parties) arranging for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

       3. Participants shall assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents arising from their participation in the contests and/or redemption of the prizes.

       4. Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd and its agencies shall not be liable to the Participants or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any Participant as a result of participation or non-participation in the Contest or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd and/or its agencies.

       5. Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd and/or its agencies shall not be held liable for any entry that is incomplete or illegible due to problems such as computer malfunctions, lost Internet connections or transmission problems.

        6. Participants agree to indemnify and will keep Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd, its subsidiaries, associates, affiliates and joint development companies indemnified from and against all action, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs, losses, damages and expenses of whatsoever nature and howsoever occurring brought against or made upon Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd.

 

6. Others

      1. Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photographs of all Participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd. further reserves the right to use any personal data of the Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use.

      2. Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd. reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms & Conditions from time to time without any prior notice and reason.

      3.By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and is subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry.

      4.Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification, cancellation, termination or suspension by Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of such modification, cancellation, termination or suspension.

      5.Unless otherwise stated, Sinar Puncak Sdn Bhd retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property used for the Contest and owns the copyright to all contents within.
